We are looking for an International Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Administer tariff duty drawback claims and managed duty dispute resolutions.
- Processed accounts receivable (AR) and sales reports using QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliations, profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, sales backlog reports, purchasing reports, inventory reports, and work order reports within ERP systems.
- Conduct monthly reviews, adjusted journal entries, and ensured financial reports complied with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) using ERP systems.
- Support the preparation of C corporation tax returns by executing year-end adjustments and closing tax, investment, depreciation, and inventory accounts.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced Excel formulas to maintain and import inventory data.
- Consolidate year-end intercompany financial statements and executed financial statement adjustments to facilitate company valuation.
- Optimize purchasing, inventory, finance, sales, and service procedures within ERP systems.
- Review and authorized daily payments from subsidiaries, reporting significant expenditures to the CEO.
- Collect and analyzed financial statements from subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
