Responsibilities:
• Promote branding: Concentrate in strategic marketing and event planning.
• Coordinate marketing activities to promote products or services, including ground promotion as needed.
• Assist or conduct online marketing initiatives, such as interaction in wechat, zhihu, xiaohongshu, and etc.
• Assist with marketing director in B2B processing.
• Deliver predefine S.M.A.R.T. goals and focus on KPIs consistently.
• Engage in training and self-directed learning to develop the skills necessary for achieving future sales targets.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager/ Director.
Requirements:
• Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English.
• Passionate with taking responsibility for education and student service.
• Previous experiences as business developer, social media influencer, leadership role at a student organization preferred.
• Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Resourceful self-starter capable of working independently and in team settings.
• A fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Desire to contribute ideas and suggest best practices.
• Computer proficiency required.
Training period is necessary for applicants without prior experience in education consultant role. Compensation for Training Period will be discussed after acceptance.
