Compensation: $93,100.80 – $144,227.20

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to hospital leadership. In this role, you will:
Provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations
Represent finance on cross-functional committees
Support development of annual operating and capital budgets
Prepare final budget packages for Board-level reporting
Analyze budget variances and collaborate with departments including:
General Accounting
Business Office
Decision Support
Educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies

Position Requirements
Experience:
8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience required
5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Proven ability to present complex financial data to Senior Management and Trustees
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance Required)
Master’s degree in a related field preferred
