You will manage full project lifecycles—from planning through deployment—while translating technical challenges into actionable insights for leadership. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands project timelines, but also the systems, architecture, and technologies behind them.
This program offers a uniquely immersive experience, providing direct exposure to real-world technical operations and leadership strategy. A standout feature of this opportunity is direct mentorship from the CEO, offering invaluable insights into decision-making, innovation, and long-term growth.
As this is the final session of the program, this opportunity is highly exclusive and will not be offered again.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects including software development cycles and infrastructure migrations.
Technical Coordination & Liaison
Act as the central point of communication between Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Agile & Process Leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while ensuring project documentation and workflows remain organized and transparent.
Risk & System Analysis
Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities early; develop mitigation strategies to maintain project success.
Stakeholder Communication
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Learning & Adaptation
Actively incorporate feedback from mentorship sessions and continuously improve technical and leadership capabilities.
