At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we’re committed to supporting the next generation of clinicians as they work toward becoming confident, capable Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

That’s why we created the Everest Program – a no-cost, paid program designed to support you at every stage of your journey to becoming a BCBA. While working as part of our team, you’ll receive:

  • Unrestricted fieldwork hours
  • Paid study time off your schedule
  • 1:1 mentorship from experienced clinical supervisors
  • A full paycheck throughout your training

We’ve built the structure, support, and resources you need to reach the BCBA summit- because your success is our mission.

How the Everest Program Works:

You’ll join ABC’s Everest Program and will be hired into one of the two roles below:

  • Rising Star: You’ve completed at least 85% of your fieldwork hours (including 100% of restricted and 75% of unrestricted hours).
  • Rising Star+: You’ve completed all your fieldwork and are preparing to sit for the BCBA exam.

From there, ABC provides a clear, structured path to help you transition into your BCBA role.

Program Highlights:

  • No-cost fieldwork supervision (restricted & unrestricted)
  • Incentive pay for unrestricted hours
  • Access to premium study materials and live review sessions
  • Paid time off for exam preparation
  • Access to BDS Modules
  • Bonuses when you pass the BCBA exam

BCBA Exam Prep Support

We know how critical this stage is – and we’ve got your back.

  • Free 6-month CBA Learning Module Series subscription
  • 8 hours/week off your direct care schedule to study
  • 3 fully paid weeks off for final exam prep
  • $5,000 bonus for passing on your first attempt
  • $2,500 bonus for passing on your second attempt

Requirements to Join the Everest Program

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have completed at least 85% of your 2,000 fieldwork hours
  • Have all restricted hours completed
  • Be enrolled in an accredited master’s program applicable to BCBA certification
  • Dedicate 8 hours/week off the direct care schedule for BDS modules
  • Be prepared to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining ABC

Compensation & Career Growth

  • Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and supervision progress)
  • Wage increases potentially every 6 months based on performance
  • A guaranteed pathway to a full-time BCBA role with competitive salary after certification

Why the Everest Program Stands Out

Unlike other BCBA training paths, the Everest Program is fully paid and designed with your growth in mind. You’ll gain:

  • Hands-on experience in ABA
  • Continuous coaching from experienced clinical leaders
  • A step-by-step development framework that prepares you for a successful career, not just the exam

Meet ABC’s clinical leaders

You’re never on your own as a BCBA. Our council of clinical leaders, including Dr. Mintz, Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Hanley, and Dr. LeBlanc, offers direct mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and the support you need to grow with confidence.

Testimonials from Everest Program Participants:

  • “The Everest Program gave me the mentorship, peer support, and hands-on experience I needed to grow. I stepped into my role as a BCBA with confidence, ready to apply everything I learned. I’m so grateful for how this program shaped my journey.”– Daisy Flores, BCBA
  • The Everest Program gave me a community. Study groups helped us share ideas, uplift each other, and overcome challenges together. I’ve accomplished things I never thought I could.” Trinity Levine, BCBA
  • “The Everest Program prepared me for both the BCBA exam and the responsibilities of the role. I felt equipped with the tools I needed well before becoming a BCBA, and the support from ABC made all the difference.” Erin Neeson, BCBA
